Felipe Stefanoni is the partner of Prime Door Capital, an investment firm focused on the acquisition and operations of B and C class multifamily assets. Felipe started his investment career at age 23 and has steadily grown his portfolio ever since.

Bruna Correa

Bruna has a depth of experience in Corporate Finance for 10 years. She started her career with single-family homes in 2017 and has steadily grown her business ever since. Currently, in the multifamily space, she is accountable for underwriting and is committed to foster meaningful relationships with our investment partners, industry colleagues, and fellow team members.
